Wij zijn op zoek naar een onderhoudstimmerman voor een van onze opdrachtgevers in de omgeving van Breda. Deze rol is perfect voor een timmerman die graag werkt binnen het dagelijks onderhoud (bonnenwerk) of die het fijn vindt om diverse werkzaamheden op één plek uit te voeren binnen renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten.
Verantwoordelijkheden

Dagelijks helpen van bewoners met problemen zoals lekkende kranen, klemmende deuren of gebroken sleutels.

Helder en duidelijk communiceren met bewoners om hen goed te woord te staan.

Uitvoeren van diverse werkzaamheden binnen renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten op één locatie, zonder van huis naar huis te rijden.
