We're creating body-worn garments for public safety, where the garment itself is the product, not just an accessory to hardware. We are looking for a Soft Goods Engineer who can transform a sketch into a wearable sample, with a strong focus on durability during long shifts as well as visual appeal. You'll be responsible for both the design language and functional systems, including patterns, construction, hardware integration, mounting, load distribution, and fit across various body types. All design and prototyping will be conducted in-house, allowing for a hands-on approach to pattern-making, cutting, sewing, laminating, testing, and iterating.
