We are looking for a Senior Design Manager in Amsterdam with a strong technical background to bridge the gap between creative vision and technical feasibility for high-end retail projects. You will be part of a community that values diversity and innovation.

You will translate creative briefs into retail campaigns and window installations. Your responsibilities include creating high-quality renders, precise technical drawings (CAD/Rhino), and production-ready documents while adhering to budget and timelines. You will drive material selection (wood, metal, sustainable options) and define feasible, scalable construction standards. Additionally, you will act as quality control for production sheets and prototypes, providing technical guidance to production partners and internal prototyping. Close collaboration with Project Management, Production, and clients will ensure a smooth workflow from design to set-up. You will also visit locations to assess technical possibilities and oversee installations of window displays and in-store activations across Europe.
