The Role

As a Cashier, you will support activities related to cash collection, including payments, advances, returns, invoices, credit notes, bank transfers for distance selling, and deposits, in accordance with Corporate guidelines.

Responsibilities

•

Execute cash opening and closing procedures, ensuring cash availability in registers and equipment functionality.

•

Issue national, international, and tax-free invoices in compliance with local laws.

•

Support advances and returns (typically processed by sales associates), as well as the issuance of vouchers and credit notes to customers.

•

Adhere to CITES procedures for applicable products.

•

Monitor credit card payments and bank transfers.

•

Perform daily cash register closing and check daily cash.

•

Prepare paying-in slips and necessary documentation for periodic withdrawals, managing delivery and related receipts.

•

Update the company’s customer database.

•

Manage petty cash in compliance with corporate expense limits.
