Als Merchandiser bij Foot Locker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verbeteren van de klantervaring in de winkel en het verhogen van de NPS, terwijl je de verkoop, marge en liquidatie maximaliseert. Je rapporteert aan de Assortiment Manager en hebt een directe impact op het succes en de winstgevendheid van ons bedrijf door producten toe te wijzen aan winkels in jouw geografische regio. Je helpt de verkoop te stimuleren door: 'het juiste product op de juiste plaats in de juiste maat op het juiste moment' te plaatsen, waar en wanneer de klant besluit te kopen. Met een scherp oog voor het analyseren van gegevens en het spotten van verkoopkansen zorg je ervoor dat de beschikbare merchandise optimaal wordt benut, in lijn met de laatste verkooptrends. Je helpt trends te identificeren en reist periodiek de markt af, waarbij je omringd bent door de producten in het kantoor en direct contact hebt met de artikelen die dagelijks naar de winkels worden verzonden.
Verantwoordelijkheden
•
Analyseren van de prestaties van winkels en SKU's (artikelen) op dagelijkse/wekelijkse basis om distributie, aanvulling en daarmee verkoop en NPS te optimaliseren.
•
Samenwerken met de Allocatie Manager om aankopen te plaatsen met behulp van het Order Planning-hulpmiddel, waarbij je gebruik maakt van je kennis van maatvereisten.
•
Samenwerken met de Allocatie Manager om winkel-naar-winkeloverdrachten te identificeren en uit te voeren.
•
Invoer geven aan de Allocatie Manager over aanpassingen aan de merchandise distributieplannen op basis van huidige trends, winkelprestaties en feedback van onze verkoopmedewerkers in het veld.
•
Acties ondernemen door eventuele noodzakelijke wijzigingen in SKU-attributen bij te werken, en zorgen voor de dataintegriteit van onze SKU-attributen die in Quantum worden gevoed.
•
Communiceren met de Allocatie Manager en CX&Sales om kansen vast te leggen en te realiseren en de business op Geo-niveau te stimuleren.
•
Onderhouden en bijwerken van maatanalyses in onze database.
•
Controleren en corrigeren van PO-verschillen.
