Bij Spijker & Prins krijg je de kans om te werken aan unieke tuinen en groene projecten. In de rol van meewerkend voorman stuur je een team van twee tot vijf collega's aan, terwijl je zelf actief meewerkt aan de aanleg. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle projecten van begin tot eind netjes en volgens planning worden opgeleverd.

Over het Bedrijf

Spijker & Prins is een hoveniersbedrijf dat zich richt op technisch complexe, luxe tuinen. We werken aan maatwerkprojecten bij villa's en landhuizen met budgetten variërend van €100.000 tot boven de €300.000. Ons team bestaat uit ongeveer 12 vakmensen, met de ambitie om in de komende jaren te groeien naar 20 medewerkers.

De Rol

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van je team op de werkplek en het waarborgen van een vlotte voortgang van de werkzaamheden. Je onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers en collega's van de werkvoorbereiding en lost problemen op waar nodig.
