Ben jij een zorgprofessional die zich richt op hoogwaardige zorg? Bij OVUS Thuiszorg krijg je de kans om de kwaliteit van leven van cliënten te verbeteren door persoonsgerichte zorg.
Als verzorgende in de thuiszorg werk je samen met een team om te voldoen aan de wensen van cliënten die behoefte hebben aan zorg. Je verricht taken zoals aan- en uitkleden, wassen en het aantrekken van steunkousen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het delen en toedienen van medicatie, wondverzorging, zwachtelen en injecteren, afhankelijk van jouw niveau. Het werken met tilliften en het rapporteren van zorgactiviteiten zijn ook onderdeel van jouw werkzaamheden.
Vereisten
Voor deze functie ben je iemand die:

Bereid is om verpleeghandelingen te leren.
•
Over een sterk inlevingsvermogen beschikt.
•
Nieuwsgierig is naar de persoonlijke wensen van de cliënten.
•
Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kan werken.
•
Communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden bezit.
•
Kan improviseren bij onverwachte situaties en risico’s kan inschatten.
