You have extensive experience in a senior role within a large-scale logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or distribution environment. You are accustomed to managing complex organizations and large operational processes where operations, commerce, service, and results are closely interconnected. With your higher professional education level, gained in logistics, business administration, or a similar field, you can oversee operational challenges and translate strategic choices into practice.

You have several years of experience leading management teams, connecting and developing employees, and motivating them to work together. As a visible leader on the shop floor, you easily switch between strategy and operations. You communicate effectively at various levels within the organization, build trust, and positively engage people in changes.

Additionally, you have significant experience with budget and result responsibilities, driving operational performance. You understand how customer satisfaction, profitability, employee engagement, and logistics performance influence each other and know how to find the right balance. You also have experience leading change initiatives and organizational developments in a continuously evolving environment. You focus on quality, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

You excel at analyzing management information, translating insights into clear choices, concrete actions, and sustainable improvements. You are customer-oriented, entrepreneurial, decisive, and future-focused, energized by building further growth, innovation, and collaboration.
