Werk bij een écht Amsterdams familiebedrijf met producten om trots op te zijn. Voor onze eigen FEBO-vestigingen in en rondom Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een vestigingsmanager met passie voor horeca, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en het talent om een team te motiveren en te leiden.

Over FEBO

FEBO is een trots Amsterdams familiebedrijf met een geschiedenis van maar liefst 85 jaar. Het verhaal begon in 1941, toen opa De Borst zijn eerste stappen zette als banketbakker. Wat toen begon als ambachtelijk vakmanschap, groeide uit tot het iconische merk dat FEBO vandaag de dag is. Wij maken onze producten dagelijks vers in onze duurzame productiekeuken in Amsterdam-Noord. Elk product wordt met liefde voor het vak en oog voor kwaliteit bereid.

De Rol

Als vestigingsmanager ben jij het hart van de winkel en het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten. Vanuit de counter houd je het overzicht en stuur je je team aan, zodat alles soepel verloopt. Jij bent het gezicht van de vestiging en zorgt dat elke gast zich welkom voelt. Je hebt de eindverantwoordelijkheid en houdt alles in de gaten: van personeelsplanning en voorraadbeheer tot het coachen en motiveren van je team. Je zorgt ervoor dat de kwaliteit, service en uitstraling van de winkel altijd top zijn. Met jouw energie, overzicht en snelle inzicht speel je moeiteloos in op alles wat er gebeurt. Je bent een voorbeeld voor je team en weet je medewerkers elke dag te inspireren om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
