Project Manager Real Estate 28–40 hours | Location: Heemstede
At Summit Vastgoed, we are building more than just properties; we are building trust. We focus on relationships, collaboration, and results. Based in Heemstede, we work on area and property development, relieving our clients from initiation to management phases. We also advise on the feasibility of real estate projects and engage in our own risk-bearing projects, offering a diverse mix of assignments and challenges. Our client base is expanding, new projects are on the horizon, and we have ambitious goals for the coming years. Therefore, we are looking for someone who wants to build with us.
The Role
As a project manager, you will be involved from start to finish in various real estate projects for investors, property managers, municipalities, and housing corporations. You will work independently but never alone; collaborating with colleagues is essential. Specifically:

You will manage various projects regarding planning and budget, maintaining oversight where others may lose track.
•
You will conduct thorough risk analyses and timely identify upcoming issues to keep matters manageable.
•
You will independently advise clients on feasibility and development strategies, translating complex issues into clear, actionable steps.
•
You will contribute ideas for opportunities and improvements for both clients and Summit.
