We are seeking an Inbound Sales Representative in the Netherlands to convert high-intent inbound leads into confirmed customers through effective phone-based sales conversations. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients looking for home services, guiding them from initial interest to completed bookings or payments in a single call. This fast-paced, performance-driven environment requires strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build trust with clients.

The Role

You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, identifying customer needs and presenting services clearly to guide prospects toward making a decision during the same call. Your responsibilities will include:

Handling objections in real time and steering conversations toward conversion.

•

Maintaining control of calls while keeping a natural, professional, and persuasive tone.

•

Accurately updating CRM systems (Housecall Pro) with call outcomes and customer details.

•

Consistently achieving or exceeding daily and weekly sales performance targets.
