About the Company

SBMC operates two state-of-the-art facilities in Eindhoven: a development facility and a pilot production facility. In our development facility, we support companies in the R&D phase by performing contract research projects and offering shared laboratory access. This facility includes two specialized laboratories: a biological ML-II laboratory dedicated to investigating cell–biomaterial interactions and a biomaterials laboratory focused on material fabrication and advanced characterization techniques. Our pilot production facility features four GMP-C cleanrooms, enabling clients to scale up efficiently from laboratory experiments to pilot-scale production.

The Role

As a Senior Lab Technician, you will be primarily responsible for the hands-on execution of standardized and validated test methods within an industrial and regulated environment, while contributing to the development and optimization of these methods. You will independently perform experiments using mammalian cell culture, cell-based assays, immunostaining, histology, and microscopy. Additionally, you will play an active role in the development, optimization, and validation of laboratory methods within a quality-regulated environment.
