Jij maakt het mogelijk. Bij Accountancy & Bedrijfsadvies bedien je samen met een klein team grote klanten. In de rol van Teamleider Accountancy MKB ben je verantwoordelijk voor één of meerdere teams die optimaal presteren onder jouw leiding. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze dienstverlening voortdurend verbetert.
De Rol
Zelfstandig, vakkundig en met overtuigingskracht analyseer jij de financiële situaties van jouw klanten en geef je inzicht in hoe strategie en bedrijfsrisico’s de jaarcijfers beïnvloeden. Je behandelt omvangrijke en complexe opdrachten en initieert adviesmogelijkheden bij grotere klanten. Daarnaast ga je actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten, bezoek je netwerkevents en ben je betrokken bij het verenigingsleven in de regio. Je geeft interne en externe vaktechnische cursussen en lezingen. Ook ben je mentor/coach van de (Senior) Assistent Accountants in jouw team(s) en draag je actief bij aan hun ontwikkeling. Jij bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en efficiency bij opdrachten. Je werkt in een hecht team met een gevarieerd klantenpakket, waaronder familiebedrijven en het MKB.
