De Rol

Als geriatriefysiotherapeut bij FysioZwolle hou jij jezelf bezig met diverse werkzaamheden, waaronder:

•

Het screenen, onderzoeken, behandelen, begeleiden en coachen van geriatrisch patiënten, voornamelijk bij de patiënt aan huis. De problematiek is enorm gevarieerd van neurologische tot orthopedisch aandoeningen.

•

Participeren in multidisciplinaire overleg met bijvoorbeeld wijkverpleging, huisartsen en andere disciplines uit de eerste lijn.

•

Het geven van valpreventie zoals ‘Vallen Verleden Tijd’.

•

Eén op één begeleiding met de patiënt en het ondersteunen van de mantelzorger in hun begeleiding.
