The Role

As a Metrology Application Engineer, you will serve as a liaison between product development, customer application services, and sales. Your primary responsibility will be to assist chipmakers in optimizing their manufacturing processes by demonstrating our atomic force microscopy (AFM) systems on customer wafers and contributing to R&D efforts to address future requirements.
