About the Team

This position is based in Dublin or Amsterdam and reports to the Head of Credit and Financial Shared Services in London. You will oversee two direct reports in the Collections Team located in Manila, Philippines.

The Role

You will regularly liaise with key customers regarding receivables and work closely with internal teams to resolve non-payment issues. Your responsibilities include supporting the Head of Credit in developing automated systems to enhance Order to Cash functions and providing accurate reporting on collection activities and debtor statuses for management.
