Your Team

You will be part of our People Ops department, consisting of 9 members across HR, Recruitment, IT, and Office Management. We collaborate closely to enhance the team member experience from recruitment through their entire lifecycle, emphasizing ownership, autonomy, teamwork, and results.

The Role

As a Junior Office Manager, you will be essential in overseeing daily office operations, organizing company events, and supporting the entire team member lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. You will manage our new office, ensuring it remains a welcoming and efficient environment by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with vendors, and managing supplies.
