We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented NPI Engineer to join our engineering team. The NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer plays a critical role in bridging the gap between product design and manufacturing. This position is responsible for setting up a production system and strategy with high-quality standards.

Verantwoordelijkheden

•

Setting up a production system from scratch.

•

Developing, documenting, and validating manufacturing processes, assembly instructions, and standard operating procedures.

•

Reviewing and evaluating product designs to ensure they are optimized for manufacturing, assembly, and testing, identifying potential production issues early in the development cycle.

•

Managing project timelines, ensuring products move efficiently through gated development phases from concept to volume production.

•

Leading quality tools like Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis to identify and address potential production risks early.

•

Coordinating the selection, design, and validation of production tools, jigs, fixtures, and test equipment.

•

Serving as the primary liaison between R&D, supply chain, quality assurance, and mass production teams, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with manufacturing capabilities.

•

Driving continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes.
