Hey there! My name is Larissa, and I am the Head of Concepts at Rostudios. We are excited to invite instructors to join our team and embark on a transformative journey with us. At Rostudios, we believe in the power of movement to change lives. With our two concepts, Rocycle and Roform, we seek instructors eager to teach both formats. As a Rocycle instructor, you will create an inspiring environment, encouraging participants to challenge themselves physically and mentally.

Rocycle Training Programme

We provide a structured training program designed to help you grow into an exceptional rhythm cycling instructor. This program lasts approximately 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your prior experience. Training sessions will be held in a group setting, with individual adjustments based on experience level. Sessions will typically occur on weekdays in the morning and afternoon.

The training consists of two stages:

This program will challenge you both mentally and physically, serving as a catalyst for growth.

Online learning modules to master the Rocycle craft at your own pace.

•

In-studio training sessions, 2-4 times a week, where you will ride, perform, and workshop to deepen your understanding of the Rocycle experience. The training culminates in a Community Ride to assess your successful completion.

Your Qualifications

•

Successful completion of the Rocycle training program.

•

Flexible schedule with availability to work outside standard hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

•

Teach a minimum of 6-8 classes weekly, with a fixed schedule of two class blocks three to four days a week.

•

No vacation planned longer than 1 week during training and the following 3 months.

•

Must be a resident of the city for which you are applying from the audition date.

•

Availability submitted at hire must be adhered to for at least four months.
