As a Store Supervisor at Levi Strauss & Co., you will thrive in an environment that celebrates change and innovation. You will serve as the essential link between our products and customers, while also supporting and developing our Stylists.
The Role
You will support and, if necessary, step in for the management team to achieve KPIs and identify profit opportunities. Your responsibilities will include setting individual, daily, and weekly sales targets for the store team to enhance performance. You will monitor KPIs and team performance by generating reports and keeping the management team informed. Additionally, you will assist with store operations, including stock management, payroll, administration, and scheduling.
You will enhance the customer experience by providing exceptional one-on-one service, ensuring that the customer always comes first. Your role will also involve inspiring, motivating, and developing the team through training, coaching, and sharing product knowledge.
