We are seeking a dedicated IT Professional to take on the role of IT Service Continuity Manager within the IT Infrastructure Department ('Platform Grid') of our client. The Platform Grid is responsible for delivering Datacentre hosting services, Public & Private Cloud, Middleware, Database services, Networks, End User Services, Operational Resilience, Service Desk, and 24/7 Operations Control. This position is part of the Global IT Resilience & Recovery Block, which oversees IT Continuity Management, IT Disaster Recovery, and Backup & Restore capabilities across APAC, EMEA, US, and LATAM.
The Role
You will be instrumental in driving global resilience across the APAC, EMEA, US, and LATAM regions. As the functional capability owner for IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM), you will engage directly with C-Level executives, Senior Leadership, and Technical Teams to integrate continuity standards into operations. Your work will align IT Continuity with international regulatory frameworks and auditing standards.
