In deze rol ondersteun je bestuursleden en commissies binnen een deelspecialistische vereniging en speel je een belangrijke rol in de ontwikkeling van de internistische zorg in Nederland.

Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen in de ontwikkeling van de internistische zorg in Nederland, vanuit het hart van een professionele vereniging? De Nederlandse Internisten Vereniging (NIV) zoekt een proactieve en verbindende verenigingssecretaris (32–36 uur). In deze functie word je vanuit de NIV gedetacheerd bij een deelspecialistische vereniging, zoals bijvoorbeeld de Nederlandse Vereniging voor Medische Oncologie (NVMO) of de Nederlandse Vereniging voor Endocrinologie (NVE). Daar ondersteun en adviseer je het bestuur en/of commissies en draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het vakgebied.

De Rol

In deze veelzijdige functie ben je de spil tussen bestuur, commissies en externe partners. Je ondersteunt, adviseert en brengt structuur en richting aan.

Verantwoordelijkheden

•

Bestuurs- en beleidsondersteuning: je bereidt vergaderingen voor, notuleert, denkt mee over agenda’s en besluitvorming en bewaakt de voortgang van acties en beleid.

•

Adviseren en signaleren: je bent een vaste sparringpartner voor het bestuur, signaleert kansen en knelpunten en volgt relevante ontwikkelingen binnen zorg en beleid.

•

Coördinatie en regie: je zorgt dat processen binnen de vereniging soepel verlopen en brengt samenhang aan in projecten en activiteiten.

•

Verbinding organiseren: je onderhoudt contact met commissies en externe stakeholders zoals het Zorginstituut Nederland, zorgverzekeraars, patiëntenorganisaties, Federatie Medisch Specialisten en NIV.

•

Communicatie: je coördineert en verzorgt de communicatie van de vereniging en fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt.

•

Verenigingsorganisatie: je bewaakt de jaarcyclus (o.a. ALV) en zorgt dat de vereniging organisatorisch goed draait.

•

Praktische ondersteuning: waar nodig verzorg je administratieve processen, zoals ledenbeheer en documentatie.
