About the Role

As a Semiconductor Equipment Engineer, you will play a vital role in enhancing our manufacturing capabilities. You will work within a small, high-ownership team, focused on rapidly bringing new tools online and maintaining them with outstanding reliability. Your responsibilities will include managing high-vacuum nanofabrication tools, dilution refrigerators, advanced characterization equipment, and lab tools.

Responsibilities

•

Lead end-to-end installations with OEMs, including planning, FAT/SAT, and IQ/OQ to qualify capacity for production as quickly as possible.

•

Own preventive maintenance by defining, executing, and optimizing PM schedules, spares, and documentation to maximize uptime.

•

Drive corrective maintenance through rapid troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, permanent corrective actions, and clear reporting.

•

Support the commissioning of our state-of-the-art cleanroom and nanofabrication line as part of our significant investment in scaling manufacturing.

•

Ensure tight alignment between process and equipment by collaborating closely with Process Engineering to meet equipment capabilities, process requirements, and factory operations.

•

Manage facilities interfaces once operational, including gas, vacuum, cryogenic, electrical, cooling water, chemical, and exhaust systems related to your tools; coordinate upgrades as cleanroom operations ramp up.
