Customer Experience & Service Delivery

Ensure the consistent delivery of reliable, high-quality, and transparent IT services aligned with customer expectations.

Participate in customer meetings (e.g., Ops Reviews, QBRs) and present structured updates on priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes.

Translate customer and stakeholder needs into practical, well-defined solutions.
