Ben jij bedreven in het behandelen van incassodossiers in de gerechtelijke fase? Wil je het hoogst mogelijke inningsresultaat behalen, rekening houdend met de betalingscapaciteit van de debiteur? Voor ons kantoor in Arnhem zijn wij op zoek naar een jurist voor 0.8 fte - 1.0 fte (30-37.5 uur).

De Rol

Als ervaren incassojurist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig en correct uitvoeren van juridische werkzaamheden binnen de incasso- en deurwaarderspraktijk. Dit omvat het behandelen en voeren van gerechtelijke procedures voor onze opdrachtgevers, evenals het opstellen van diverse exploten en het beoordelen van incidentele incasso-opdrachten.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:

•

Het voeren van correspondentie met opdrachtgevers, debiteuren, gemachtigden en de rechtbank;

•

Het opstellen van handmatige dagvaardingen, verzoekschriften voor conservatoir beslag en faillissementsaanvragen, verzetdagvaadingen en dagvaardingen in hoger beroep;

•

Het opstellen van processtukken in gerechtelijke procedures;

•

Het bijstaan of vertegenwoordigen van opdrachtgevers tijdens zittingen en andere proceshandelingen;

•

Het adviseren van opdrachtgevers en collega’s over juridische vraagstukken;

•

Het beoordelen en adviseren over incidentele incasso-opdrachten;

•

Het behandelen van klachten van debiteuren.
