In this role, you will independently manage complex projects, ranging from specialized custom work to small and medium series. You will maintain direct communication with clients and suppliers, ensuring that technical decisions are practically executable. Your work environment is dynamic, allowing you to engage directly with production for quality checks and practical solutions. Our in-house ERP system provides real-time insights into planning and progress, allowing you to focus on technical aspects.
Responsibilities:

Independently assess and technically analyze complex requests, drawings, and specifications.
•
Create and review precise calculations and cost estimates for sheet metal, assemblies, and heavy welding constructions.
•
Determine material consumption, efficient processing times, and optimal processing routes.
•
Proactively consider manufacturability, weldability, planning, and overall quality.
•
Effectively coordinate materials, purchasing, and any outsourcing.
•
Prepare, streamline, and monitor production drawings, work orders, and schedules.
•
Accurately manage interim changes, delivery times, and customer agreements to ensure clarity for both clients and production.
