In deze rol ben jij de schakel tussen onze brokers in Marine & Specialties en de interne/externe stakeholders. Je zorgt ervoor dat het administratieve en operationele proces soepel verloopt, zodat klanten tijdig een correcte polis en nota ontvangen.
Verantwoordelijkheden
•
Informatie verzamelen en controleren, opdrachten invoeren voor polisopmaak en boekingsinstructies opstellen.
•
Klantvragen beantwoorden, transaction due diligence ondersteunen en het onboardingproces van klanten coördineren.
•
Uitstaande acties coördineren, voortgang bewaken en helder overzicht creëren voor het team.
•
Actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen (o.a. LEAN) en bijdragen aan lopende optimalisatie-initiatieven.
