Eurostars Hotel Company is seeking an F&B Manager for the opening team of a new hotel in Rotterdam, Netherlands. As part of the Happiness Industry, we are committed to creating exceptional experiences for our guests. In this role, you will lead the complete opening and setup of the Food & Beverage department, overseeing operations in the restaurant, bar, room service, and banqueting. You will develop and implement the F&B strategy to maximize revenue and enhance guest satisfaction while managing budgets, cost control, purchasing, and supplier relations. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with brand standards, hygiene regulations, and safety protocols, while coordinating with the kitchen, events, and hotel management teams to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
