Medpace is looking for experienced finance or accounting professionals to enhance the Account Management department. In this role, you will partner with clients and Medpace staff to create project financial budgets and new business proposals.
Verantwoordelijkheden
•
Develop fee estimates for requests for proposals (RFPs), budget revisions, and contract amendments.
•
Provide financial input for responses to requests for information (RFIs) and ensure coordination with relevant Medpace personnel.
•
Understand existing and potential customers' business, pipeline, and opportunities to approach them confidently.
•
Ensure bids meet customer expectations and specific requirements.
•
Maintain thorough knowledge of the Medpace bid process.
•
Review proposal text assumptions for consistency with fee estimates.
•
Communicate with Medpace customers regarding ongoing projects to ensure expectations are met.
•
Track ongoing project performance against budgets and notify clients of potential issues.
•
Review invoices and financial reports before they reach sponsors.
•
Build relationships within customer organizations to generate new business opportunities.
•
Initiate processing of new contracts and monitor changes in scope and invoicing.
•
Maintain and modify the company bid preparation template to meet changing client needs.
•
Handle additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
