Curi Bio is dedicated to developing products that enhance biological research to improve human health. We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our expanding production team. In this role, you will spend approximately half your time on hands-on manufacturing and the other half on order fulfillment and logistics, including picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management. The distribution of tasks may vary based on production schedules and order volumes.
Responsibilities
•
**Manufacturing (~50%)**
•
Produce biomedical products using techniques such as silicone rubber compression molding, nanofabrication, and hardware component assembly.
•
Independently manage product assembly, packaging, and sterilization processes.
•
Operate CNC machines and 3D printers, along with other machine shop instruments.
•
Adhere strictly to internal written procedures and protocols.
•
Maintain processing documentation, including lot tracking, quality control reports, and maintenance logs.
•
Follow quality control processes established by the QC team for incoming components and finished devices.
•
Execute test procedures and provide feedback to process owners.
•
Suggest revisions to procedures, batch records, and work instructions to enhance workflow and minimize errors.
•
Perform scheduled and as-needed cleaning and maintenance of work areas, equipment, and lab supplies.
•
**Order Fulfillment & Logistics (~50%)**
•
Manage the order queue and fulfill customer orders promptly.
•
Pick, pack, and ship finished goods, including preparing shipping documentation and labels.
•
Coordinate with carriers and track outbound shipments as necessary.
•
Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials in line with QC processes.
•
Assist in maintaining inventory levels for finished goods and raw materials, including packaging and shipping supplies.
