The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Specialist with a background in patisserie, gelato, or dessert production. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality soft ice cream mixes, developing toppings, and ensuring consistency and hygiene in our production processes.

Responsibilities

Prepare and produce soft ice cream mixes and related products.

Develop and execute recipes for toppings, sauces, and desserts.

Operate and maintain soft ice cream machines.

Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all products.

Apply knowledge of ingredient functionality and mixing techniques.

Maintain hygiene standards in line with HACCP guidelines.

•

Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients.

•

Contribute to product development and seasonal offerings.
