Over te Booy

Te Booy is specialist in verspaning en ondersteunt al bijna 70 jaar de positie van haar klanten met slimme, productgerichte oplossingen. De producten in metaal of kunststof getuigen van jarenlange ervaring en deskundigheid, aangevuld met gezond verstand. Te Booy levert onderdelen voor camerasystemen, sloten, schokdempers, rolstoelen, scheepsverlichting en producten voor de chemische industrie.

De Rol

Je programmeert in samenspraak met collega’s producten op de CNC-productiemachines, zoals meer-assige CNC draaimachines (tot 13-assig en subspindel) en CNC freesmachines (tot 5-assig). Je zorgt voor het startklaar maken van het productieproces door CNC-machines in- en om te stellen aan de hand van tekeningen en opdrachtformulieren. Daarnaast voer je procescontroles uit, analyseer je storingen en bedenk je optimalisaties voor de werkprocessen. Verder assisteer je bij het voorbereiden en voorinstellen van gereedschappen voor de CNC-productiemachines.
