To enhance our Commercial team in the Netherlands, we are seeking an ambitious Inside Sales Representative who is passionate about customer relationships and creating long-term business value.

The Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be central to our commercial organization. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and grow a portfolio of Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) customers while actively seeking new business opportunities across various trades. You will proactively engage with customers to uncover their logistics challenges and provide tailored CMA CGM solutions, whether in maritime transport, intermodal services, logistics, or digital products. Collaborating closely with Sales, Trade Management, Customer Care, and Operations, you will play a vital role in driving profitable growth and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

•

Manage and develop a portfolio of SME customers across all trades.

•

Establish long-term relationships through proactive account management and regular commercial contact.

•

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand your customer portfolio.

•

Promote and sell the complete CMA CGM portfolio, including Ocean Freight, Logistics, Intermodal, Digital Solutions, and Value Added Services (VAS).

•

Recognize cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the CMA CGM Group.

•

Understand customer supply chain challenges and translate them into commercial solutions.

•

Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial offers, and follow up on opportunities until closure.

•

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer information in NOVA (CRM).

•

Ensure timely and accurate rate management in AQUA.

•

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide a seamless customer journey.

•

Monitor market trends and competitor developments to identify commercial opportunities.
