In this newly established role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our clients' employees feel at home, especially regarding housing. You will support international employees relocating to the Netherlands with their housing-related inquiries and solutions. You will manage a portfolio of housing searches from start to finish, building and maintaining strong relationships with housing providers, landlords, agents, and other partners. Your responsibilities will include resolving escalations, monitoring vendor performance, and staying updated on the Dutch housing market and relevant legislation. You will also advise internal teams, identify opportunities for process improvement, and train clients and recruitment teams on housing regulations. As the business grows, you will help establish and scale Settly's housing practice while handling complex housing situations with professionalism and empathy, collaborating closely with our Relocation and Customer Success teams.
