In this role, you will work alongside a fellow receptionist at the reception desk, welcoming a variety of guests, from international visitors to colleagues who may have forgotten their visitor passes. Your personal touch and warm smile will enhance the guest experience. If someone arrives early, you will offer them a drink, and if it rains afterward, you will provide them with an umbrella. Your contributions will ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
Responsibilities:

Welcoming visitors: Provide a warm welcome and assist guests with their appointments.

Scheduling appointments: Maintain the agenda and coordinate appointments effectively.

Managing the phone system: Answer calls and connect them to the appropriate individuals.

Email management: Keep track of incoming emails and communications.

Visitor registration: Verify visitor identification for issuing visitor passes.
