In this role, you will be instrumental in helping clients maximize the value of innovative digital solutions through engaging training experiences. You will conduct both online and in-person learning sessions, create educational resources, and support customer adoption across Southern Europe.
De Rol
Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor het leveren van boeiende trainingssessies, webinars en productdemonstraties aan klanten in Zuid-Europa, om effectieve adoptie en langdurig gebruik van digitale producten en diensten te waarborgen. Je maakt, actualiseert en onderhoudt trainingsmaterialen zoals tutorials, gebruikershandleidingen, video's en andere leermiddelen ter ondersteuning van klantonafhankelijkheid en kennisbehoud. Je werkt samen met de teams van Sales, Marketing, Klantenservice en Technische Ondersteuning om trainingsactiviteiten af te stemmen op regionale bedrijfsprioriteiten en klantdoelen.
