At Royal Sanders, we develop and produce personal care products for customers in the Netherlands, Germany, and abroad, including categories such as bath & shower, hair care, body care, and deodorants. We are seeking a German-speaking Sales Support Specialist to assist our Key Account Managers and ensure customer projects are delivered smoothly, accurately, and on time.

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be a vital link between the customer, Sales, and internal departments such as R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Purchasing, Planning, Quality, and Operations. You will support the Key Account Manager with product administration and project follow-up, ensuring that agreements, actions, deadlines, and documentation are properly monitored.

You will bring structure to complex projects, ask the right questions when necessary, and proactively identify potential bottlenecks before they impact progress. In doing so, you will contribute directly to strong customer relationships and the successful introduction of new and updated products.
