Our ultimate goal? Sustainable mental resilience and psychological well-being for everyone within the company. Villa Uitzicht has locations in Haarlem and Amsterdam, and we also work on-site at Schiphol.

Wat ga je doen:

Conducting diagnostics, assessments, and treatment of clients with various mental health complaints.

•

Developing, implementing, and evaluating treatment trajectories, with attention to the work context.

•

Participating in multidisciplinary discussions.

•

Managing correspondence, documentation, and administration in the EPD.

•

Contributing to the quality of care and further developing our treatment offerings.

•

Collaborating on and participating in preventive interventions, training, and workshops.

Wat breng jij mee:

•

You are a BIG-registered GZ-psychologist.

•

You have experience with diagnostics and treatment within the GGZ.

•

You have an affinity for stress, burnout, and work-related issues.

•

You have experience or affinity with body-oriented techniques, as well as experience in trauma care and treatment (EMDR and possibly a second trauma treatment method).

•

You work independently and results-oriented but also enjoy collaborating.

•

You are willing to work at our location at Schiphol if necessary.

•

You bring humor, perspective, and a positive attitude.
