In de rol van Stock Runner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en ondersteunen van de verkoopvloer in real-time. Je zorgt ervoor dat de Sales Associates de producten hebben die ze nodig hebben, precies op het juiste moment. Je houdt de stockroom schoon en georganiseerd, brengt schoenen en producten snel naar de verkoopvloer en retourneert merchandise naar de juiste plek. Jouw vermogen om netjes, snel en nauwkeurig te werken helpt het verkoopteam om een uitstekende klantervaring te bieden. Hoewel veel van je werk achter de schermen plaatsvindt, is jouw impact zichtbaar. Je ondersteuning houdt de vloer energiek, georganiseerd en klaar om de verkoop te stimuleren.
Kwalificaties
•
6–9 maanden ervaring in de detailhandel of stockroom is gewenst
•
Altijd vriendelijk, positief en teamgericht
•
In staat om taken met urgentie en minimale supervisie uit te voeren
•
Zeer georganiseerd, efficiënt en in staat om snel te werken in een dynamische omgeving
•
Vermogen om te knielen, bukken, ladders te beklimmen, trappen te gebruiken, te reiken, te trekken en gewichten van meestal 5–30 pond te tillen
•
Flexibele beschikbaarheid, inclusief avonden, weekenden en feestdagen
