Collaborate with engineering teams to forecast needs and ensure timely availability of components and tools for prototype development.

Implement a structured inventory system to monitor components, equipment, and consumables.

Develop and maintain a searchable component catalogue with specifications and stock levels.

•

Establish clear standards for labelling, storage, and handling of sensitive and high-value items.

•

Define stock levels and replenishment processes to prevent shortages.

•

Create and maintain SOPs for lab access, equipment use, and safety protocols.

•

Manage sourcing and procurement of lab materials, including supplier evaluation and order tracking.

•

Collaborate with the Managing Director to plan and monitor the laboratory budget.

•

Maintain the equipment register and coordinate maintenance and repairs.

•

Promote a safe and efficient laboratory environment through regular inspections and documentation.
