In deze rol maak je deel uit van het HR Shared Service Center (HR SSC), een divers team van ongeveer 40 collega's verspreid over Rotterdam, Utrecht en Antwerpen. Je ondersteunt medewerkers en leidinggevenden met hun HR-vragen en zorgt ervoor dat alle mutaties nauwkeurig en tijdig worden verwerkt. Jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat alles achter de schermen klopt.
Verantwoordelijkheden
•
Indiensttredingen en contractwijzigingen verwerken;
•
Verwerken van ouder- en zorgverlof;
•
Bewaken van deadlines en datakwaliteit;
•
Beantwoorden van vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden.
