Als Kliniek Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele aansturing van twee vestigingen. Je combineert hiërarchische leiding met operationele sturing en draagt bij aan de organisatieresultaten. Je verdeelt je tijd tussen de Mauritskliniek Utrecht en de Mauritskliniek Amsterdam.
Leidinggeven & coaching
•
Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt, aansturen, coachen, beoordelen en ontwikkelen van staf en ondersteunende medewerkers op beide locaties.

Begeleiden van nieuw personeel, voeren van selectiegesprekken en uitvoeren van personeels- en verzuimbeleid.
•
Creëren van een prettige, professionele, veilige en patiëntgerichte werkomgeving op beide vestigingen.
