De Rol
Je zult de managementteam ondersteunen en indien nodig vervangen bij het behalen van KPI's en het implementeren van winstkansen. Je stelt individuele, dagelijkse en wekelijkse verkoopdoelen voor het team om de winkelprestaties te verbeteren en monitort KPI's en teamresultaten door rapporten te draaien en het managementteam bij te werken. Daarnaast help je met winkeloperaties zoals voorraadbeheer, salarisadministratie, administratie en roosters. Je biedt een uitzonderlijke 1-op-1 service aan klanten en zorgt ervoor dat de klant altijd op de eerste plaats komt. Je inspireert, motiveert en ontwikkelt het team door training, coaching en productkennis.
