We are collaborating with a rapidly expanding European startup that is establishing the largest marketplace for refurbished e-bikes worldwide. After successfully refurbishing over 100,000 e-bikes in just a few years, the company is now seeking a Senior E-Bike Mechanic to join its refurbishment center in Amsterdam. In this position, you will work exclusively on e-bikes in a modern workshop, restoring various models to excellent condition while upholding high-quality standards.
The Role
You will oversee the complete refurbishment and repair process of e-bikes, from initial inspections and fault diagnosis to selecting spare parts and executing repairs. As a technical authority, you will assess the appropriate scope of repairs based on your expertise and quality requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough quality controls to ensure all refurbished e-bikes meet high standards before delivery.

Contributing advanced technical knowledge in e-bike hardware and software systems.

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance repair processes and overall product quality.
