Oversee daily store operations and lead the sales team in the absence of the Store Manager.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring all areas are presentable for customers.

Oversee the processing of new stock deliveries and returns, managing the interplay between the warehouse and store during your shift.

Ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed according to brand standards.

Handle web orders, including fulfillment and responding to customer requests.

Support in-store events and promotional campaigns.

Share feedback on store performance and customer experience with head office.
