De Rol
Als operator werk je zelfstandig in een 5-ploegendienst. Je coördineert en controleert de werkzaamheden binnen jouw eenheid. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van diverse procesinstallaties en het verhelpen van kleine storingen. Tevens controleer je de installatie op een goede werking en monitor je de voortgang van het proces. Je signaleert (dreigende) storingen en meldt bijzonderheden aan de leidinggevende. Het doel van de functie is het bewaken en controleren van het batchproces van de productie-units, zodat aan de vereiste specificaties wordt voldaan en dat de geldende veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften worden nageleefd.
