Bij Brouwerij 't IJ bieden we een unieke stageplek voor nieuwsgierige studenten die willen leren over de kwaliteit van speciaalbier. Je maakt deel uit van ons QHSE-team en ontdekt hoe kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en bieranalyse in de praktijk samenkomen.

De Rol

Je ondersteunt ons team bij diverse werkzaamheden en krijgt zo een compleet beeld van kwaliteitsprocessen binnen de brouwerij.

Verantwoordelijkheden

•

Uitvoeren van laboratoriumanalyses op bier en grondstoffen.

•

Ondersteunen bij kwaliteitscontroles tijdens het brouw- en verpakkingsproces.

•

Verwerken en analyseren van meetresultaten.

•

Meewerken aan voedselveiligheid, hygiënecontroles en kwaliteitsverbeteringen.

•

Ondersteunen bij het actueel houden van procedures en kwaliteitsdocumentatie.

•

Meedenken over verbeteringen op het gebied van kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheid.

•

Samenwerken met brouwers, operators, logistiek en technische dienst.
