Je draait volwaardig mee in ons team en krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid. Je:
Sommige vragen zijn eenvoudig, andere vragen echt technisch uitzoekwerk. Je hoeft onze producten nog niet te kennen, maar je moet het wel leuk vinden om te begrijpen hoe ze werken.
•
analyseert technische klantvragen en zoekt passende oplossingen;
•
helpt klanten bij productselectie en technische alternatieven;
•
werkt met datasheets, specificaties en productinformatie;
•
lost vragen rond bestellingen, leveringen en retouren zelfstandig op;
•
herkent commerciële kansen en helpt klanten verder richting een aankoop;
•
stelt prioriteiten en zorgt dat klanten snel én goed worden geholpen;
•
signaleert waar onze informatie, processen of service beter kunnen.
