Bij 360 Plastics maken we hoogwaardige, homogene kunststofblends uit een combinatie van nieuwe en gerecyclede grondstoffen. Daarbij draait alles om één cruciale vraag: hoe zorgen we ervoor dat circulaire grondstoffen iedere keer opnieuw de kwaliteit en consistentie leveren die onze klanten nodig hebben? Daar zoeken we iemand voor die verder kijkt dan alleen kwaliteitsprocedures. Iemand die kunststoffen en processen wil begrijpen. Die graag het laboratorium én de productievloer op gaat. Die afwijkingen niet alleen constateert, maar wil weten waar ze vandaan komen — en hoe we het proces structureel beter kunnen maken.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
•
Kwaliteitscontrole van inkomende nieuwe en gerecyclede kunststofgrondstoffen;
•
Bewaking van de homogeniteit en consistentie van onze blends;
•
Uitvoeren en beoordelen van laboratoriumtesten, waaronder MFI, dichtheid, vochtgehalte en kleurmetingen;
•
Analyseren van meetresultaten en onderzoeken van afwijkingen;
•
Ondersteunen bij het optimaliseren van blendrecepturen en procesparameters;
•
Vertalen van kwaliteitsdata naar concrete verbeteringen in productie;
•
Opstellen en verbeteren van keuringsrapportages, specificaties en werkinstructies;
•
Ondersteunen en begeleiden van audits en certificeringen;
•
Beheren en continu verbeteren van ons ISO 9001 Quality Management System;
•
Verder ontwikkelen van de kwaliteitsfunctie binnen 360 Plastics.
