De Rol
Als Verhuurmedewerker Buitendienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het hele traject van het verhuren van woningen: van het online promoten van een woning tot aan het afhandelen van alle papierzaken met de nieuwe huurder. Dit houdt onder andere het volgende in:
•
Controleren en beheren van huurdossiers;
•
Onderhouden van contact met collega's en huurders over het huurproces;
•
Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor een woningzoeker, dus het visitekaartje van MVGM;
•
Vrijgekomen huurwoningen zet je weer uit in de markt;
•
Ondersteunen in het selectieproces van een huurder;
•
Het voeren en begeleiden van bezichtigingen met huurders; in deze functie ben je merendeel op pad!
